Wilbur "Bill" Frederick Fouser, 78, passed away on September 10, 2026, in Topeka, Kansas. He was born on February 26, 1948, in South River, New Jersey, to Frederick Fouser and Josephine Mary Fouser.

Bill was enlisted in the US Navy before working as a truck driver for most of his life. In the late 1980s, he moved to Kansas, where he remained for the rest of his life.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Lou Fouser.

He is survived by his son, William "Billy" Fouser and his wife, Jamie; and his grandchildren, Ty Glissman, Henry Fouser, and Claire Fouser.

Bill will be remembered and missed by his family and all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 27th, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at the home of his son Billy, 1768 Trefoil Rd, Waverly, Kansas.
