Virgil L. Seay, 50, of Yates Center, Kansas, died Sunday, May 14. 2019, at his home.

He was born June 4, 1968, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Virgil had worked as an electrician for a number of years. He moved to Yates Center nine years ago and was currently a personal care assistant for Skil Resource Center.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Ann (Justus) Nunez.

He leaves his wife, Deborah Livingston of the home; a sister, Connie Nunez-Gulley, Independence, MO; three brothers, Paul Nunez, Osage Beach, MO, Ronald Justus, Belton, MO, and Bobby Seay, Ventura, CA; other relatives and friends.

As to Virgil's wishes he will be cremated and no services are planned.
