William Terry Higgins, 58, of Burlington, KS, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka.

Terry was born March 16, 1963 in Amarillo, TX, to Wayne and Wanda (Higdon) Higgins. He grew up in Amarillo and graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1982. After high school he worked many different types of jobs before moving to Burlington.

On July 2, 1999, he married Inez Steele in Topeka, Kansas.

Terry was preceded in death by his father, and a brother, James Higgins.

Terry is survived by his wife, Inez, of Burlington; mother, Wanda Higgins, brother, Don Higgins, and sister, Penni Gamblin and husband Bill, all of Amarillo, TX; several nieces and nephews.

Cremation is planned. Family Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home in Burlington.
