Ronald Dean Johnson, 61, of Burlington, KS, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021, at his home.

Ron was born March 28, 1960, the son of Clarence Hartley and Luella Bernice (Serl) Johnson. He had worked at various construction jobs.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Cynthia Garceau.

He is survived by his daughters, Crystal Nickel (Craig) of LeRoy, KS, and Danielle Smith (Thomas) of Fair Grove, MO; five grandchildren, Thomas, Cyrus, and Charley Nickel, and Lillian and George Smith; his mother, Luella Johnson of Burlington; siblings Linda McElfresh (Lindsay), LeRoy, KS, Steven Johnson (Gail), Burlington, Michael Johnson, LeRoy, Larry Johnson (Terri), LeRoy, and Debra Mossberg Burlington; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Baker Cemetery west of Burlington. The family will meet with friends from 10:00 A.M. Saturday until leaving for the graveside service at Jones Funeral Home in Burlington.
