Ronald Herman Dorpinghaus, 76, passed away the morning of March 31, 2023, in Burlington, Kansas. He was born on September 12 ^th 1946 in Tracy, Minnesota.

Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Nona, his parents, Jack and Lorraine Freedlun, and his brother, Jerry.

He is survived by his brothers, John (Kathy), Roger (Penny), and Todd (Terri); his sister, Terri (June); his daughters, Monica Staska and Tracey Henry (Doug); the son he never had, Ross Busta; his four grandchildren, Kody, Bud, Captain and Punkin'; and his 5 great grandchildren, Kingston, Grayson, Kip, Keely, and Khloe.

He will be cremated and laid to rest with his mother in the Rocky Mountains. His funeral will be held at Jones Funeral Home in Burlington, Kansas on Wednesday, April 5 ^th at 1:30 pm.
