Oscar Krigbaum, Jr., age 88, of Gridley, Kansas, passed away on April 12, 2024.  He was born on March 4, 1936, in Inola, Oklahoma.

Oscar was a husband, father, and grandfather.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoor enthusiast. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Elease of 49 years, daughters Lee Ella Halbert (Donald) of Smithville, MO and Jo Ellen Hensley of Wichita, KS, and grandchildren Hannah Marie Milligan of Gilbert, AZ and Regan Paul Krigbaum of Emporia, KS. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Teresa Marie Krigbaum and Christy Dawn Krigbaum

Oscar attended Inola Highschool.  He owned his own business with partner Gene Lyda, L&K Motors, for more than 25 years.  After retiring from that venture he started a business making custom recurve bows, then returned to working as a mechanic for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation until his retirement in 2006.

In his free time, Oscar enjoyed spending time with family, elk hunting, deer hunting, turkey hunting, fishing and taking long walks in the woods.
