Miranda (Mandy) Sue Hawkins, born May 16, 1976, to Dennis and Betty Hawkins, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, December 23, 2021.

Mandy was born and raised in Burlington, Kansas, where she attended school and graduated from Burlington High School in 1994. She began working at COF Training Services at the age of 16 and worked there for almost 24 years.

She leaves behind her parents, Dennis and Betty Hawkins, two brothers, Tony (Evelyn) Hawkins, Gridley, KS and Danny (Laura) Hawkins, Burlington; her sister, Kerri Weltha, Burlington; aunts and uncles, Gladys Yeager, Leroy, KS, Bill Hawkins, Tom (Tena) Hawkins, Judy (Paul) Abendroth, and Ruth Hayes, all of Burlington, Lois (Duane) Walsh, St. Joseph, MO, Mary Lou (Richard) Shidley, Argos, IN, and Randy Hoskins, Plymouth, IN; many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. She leaves behind her boyfriend, Bill Underwood, Burlington. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Matilda Hawkins and Fenton and Bessie Hoskins.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, December 27, 2021, at Jones Funeral Home in Burlington. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery at Burlington.

The family will meet with friends from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Jones Funeral Home.
