Michael Wayne Gillespie's Obituary
Michael Wayne "Mike" Gillespie, 47, of Yates Center, Kansas, passed away Friday morning, May 1, 2020, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Mike was born April 12, 1973, in Iola, Kansas, the son of Dale and Nadine Sue (Hinkle) Wilson. He lived his entire life in Yates Center. He was an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nadine Sue Gillespie.
He leaves his brother, Frank Gillespie of Girard, Kansas, other relatives and friends.
At Mike's request cremation is planned and no services are scheduled. Inurnment will be in Yates Center Cemetery alongside his mother.
Campbell Funeral Home in Yates Center is assisting the family.
