Luella Mae (Rahmeier) Graham went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 19, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving behind an amazing legacy of love and kindness.  She was born July 28, 1929, the daughter of Frank Henry and Helena Elizabeth (True) Rahmeier in Westphalia, Kansas. She graduated from LeRoy High School in 1947.

She married Elden Charles Graham on June 17, 1947, at Olathe, Kansas. To this union six children were born, Linda (Jim) Irey, Edie (Allan) Jackson, Jo (Ivan) Rolf, Sue (Tory) Silence, Warren (Patricia) Graham, and Anita (Mark Freelove) Graham. Luella was blessed with 20 grandkids, 42 great-grandkids; and 16 great-great-grandkids.

Luella was a hardworking farm wife, running the farm and raising her children while Elden worked on the railroad. Later in life she continued her care taking nature working as a nurse's aide and central services at the Coffey County Hospital.

Her husband, Elden, preceded her in death on November 14, 1991. She was also preceded by her parents and her brother, Leonard Rahmeier and his wife Pat.

Though she will be greatly missed, we find comfort in knowing that her spirit continues to thrive within each of us. Here's to Luella, a beloved mom, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. We honor her life and cherish the beautiful memories that will bind us for generations to come.
