Lucille Brown, longtime resident of Burlington, Kansas, passed away Monday morning, January 20, 2025, at Parkview Heights in Garnett, KS, one day before her 103rd birthday.

She was born January 21, 1922, at Rock Bridge, MO, the daughter of Walter and Anna (Hicks) Brown.

She and Dillard Brown were married on September 12, 1945, at Kansas City, KS. They were the parents of two daughters, Connie Mann and Bonnie Davies.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dillard, on April 3, 2006; her daughter, Bonnie, on May 17, 2011; three sisters; and three brothers.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie and husband Alfred; her grandson, Cory Mann; her great-grandson, Sabian Mann; a number of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Lucille was a member of the Christian Church of Burlington and the Order of the Eastern Star.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 A.M. Friday, January 24, 2025, at Graceland Cemetery at Burlington.
