Lorraine Gay, 94, of Burlington, Kansas, passed away Monday morning, July 8, 2019, at Midland Hospice in Topeka, Kansas.

She was born March 31, 1925, in Florida, the daughter of Irvin and Edith (Phillips) Lincoln.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Donald Gay in 1972, then Bob Barton in 2010; two daughters, Maurine Glascock, and Linda; a grandson, Troy Davison; and a sister Alice Johnson.

She leaves her children, Marion Henry, Crane, MO and grandchildren John and James; Marie Brown, Memphis, MO, and grandchildren Sonjía, Susan, Heather, and PeJaye; grandson Jacky Paul, child of Maurine Glascock; Don Gay, Metropolis, IL, and grandchildren Amy and Sheldon; Jerry, and Jason, children of Linda Davison; Harold Gay, Carlyle, KS, and grandchildren Sheri, Shawn, and Rabecca; Carol Cunningham, Centerville, IA, and grandchildren Crystal and Cassie; Joyce Adams, Cincinnati, Iowa, and grandchildren Thilea, Mandy, and Matthew; Terry Odom and grandchildren Tonya Riley, Burlington, Tasha Odom, Kansas City, MO, and Jerissa Snovelle, Burlington; 30 great-grandchildren; and 36 great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Surprise Me Cakery event space, 101 N. 3rd St. Burlington. Feel free to bring or give what you choose just No cut flowers please; live trees, plants, flowers, veggies etc. to plant in her memory.
