Letha Leona Coulter, 80, of Burlington, Kansas, passed away on August 22, 2023, at the Life Care Center in Burlington. Letha was born July 19, 1943 in Pomona, Kansas to David Riley Jones and Effie M (Armstrong) Jones.
On May 18, 1963 Letha was united in marriage  to Robert Calvin Coulter in Ottawa, Kansas. They were married for over 60 years. Together they had five children; Karen, Robert, Betty, Billy, and Angela. Letha also had many jobs. She worked with Meals on Wheels, she was a waitress, bartender, trucker, camp host, and worked as a campground custodian.
Letha is preceded in death by her daughter Betty Moore in 2021, her parents, David and Effie and her brothers, Richard and Glenn Jones and a sister, Shirley Warren.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Calvin Coulter, her children, Karen (Steven) Butts, of Ottawa, Ks., Robert Coulter, Billy Coulter and Angela Coulter of Burlington, Ks., as well as several grandchildren, half sister Betty Flora, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
