Karen Leeann Mathenia, 62, died December 4, 2025, at Via Christi St. Francis, Wichita. She was born June 6, 1963, in Orange, CA, to Richard and Juanita Mae (Brownwell) Floyd. Karen married Andrew Mathenia in 1996 and was a homemaker. Andrew died August 11, 2014.

Karen is survived by: children, Kory Mathenia, Karen "Sissy" Leeann Mathenia Jr., Louie Mathenia, Andrew Mathenia Jr., Ricky Mathenia, Misty Radcliff; 8 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and siblings, Cari Canon, David and Sonia Kemper and Artie Day.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Frances Mae, James Rocky, and Edna (Pebble) Cochran.

Cremation will take place and a private service will be at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association, in care of Campbell Funeral Home, PO Box 188, Yates Center, KS 66783.
