Judith Ann Mason, 80, of Burlington, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 with family
and friends at her side.

Judith Ann was born December 31, 1943, in Emporia, KS, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John A. and
Gwendolyn O. (Main) Musch.

She was a graduate from Emporia Senior High School in 1963. Judith Ann married Ted D. Romary on
December 16, 1971. They had two children Elizabeth and Lloyd. Where she was a homemaker until she
received her CNA license where she worked at Sunset Manor and the Golden Ages Lodge (aka Life Care)
nursing homes. She truly enjoyed her time caring for others during those years.

She was later united in marriage to Robert "Bob" Mason on April 26, 2018. Where they enjoyed farming
and attending to their livestock on the farmstead they created together South of Burlington. They also
enjoyed canning vegetables from their garden and making jellies from their fruit trees. Judith Ann and
Bob also enjoyed spending time together going to car shows and antique markets. Due to Bob health they
later moved into the city of Burlington, where they spent their final years together.

Judith Ann was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary for the majority of her life. She was
the Outside Guardian, for which she was so very honored to hold this position. She was also a member of
the Cancer Support group. Judith Ann was a member of the United Methodist Church in Burlington.
Where everyone could rely on her to help with the church dinners, bringing one of her famous side salads.
She was very involved in the Burlington community where she supported all of the local school activities,
community fund raiser for others and all social events and was a dedicated volunteer that everyone could
rely upon. She will be missed very much by a community that she loved to support and contribute too.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Gwendolyn Musch, her first husband Ted Romary and
son, Lloyd John Romary and a grandson, Kaleb Osmundson, and her late husband Robert "Bob" Mason.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth "Liz" Osmundson of Topeka, KS, granddaughter, Christina
Osmundson of Topeka, KS, brother, Dennis K. Musch of Ormond Beach, FL, sister, Jane (Bob) Flynn
Ormond Beach, FL. She also leaves behind many dear friends of the Burlington community.

A Visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, from 6:30 PM until 8:00PM at Jones Funeral
Home. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 1:30 PM at Jones Funeral Home,
Burlington, Kansas.

The family would like to request for those who wish to make a monetary donation in memory of Judith
Ann Mason to be made to the Burlington Cancer Support Group or Hand in Hand Hospice in Emporia ,
