John Edgar Godfrey, 61, Burlington, died on December 15, 2019, at the Coffey County Hospital.

John was born on January 24, 1958, in Burlington, to John A. and Beatrice I. Hitchens Godfrey.

John had lived in Burlington for over 30 years.

John is survived by his brothers, Keith (Carol) Godfrey, Fate, TX, Kenneth (Judy) Godfrey, Merriam, and Kenton (Jan) Godfrey, Olathe, a sister, Kathy Brown, Manhattan, other relatives and friends.
