James Richard Baxter's Obituary
James Richard Baxter, 78, of Emporia, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at his home.
He was born February 9, 1942, in Strawn, Kansas, the son of Charles Richard and Lillian Lucille (Campbell) Baxter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Paula Annette Baxter.
He is survived by his step-mother, Pauline Baxter of Madison, Kansas; a step-brother, David Arb of Emporia, Kansas; and numerous cousins.
Burial will be in Strawn Cemetery.
Jones Funeral Home in Burlington is in charge of arrangements.
