Heath John Hayes, 42, of Hartford, KS, passed away Monday morning, March 4, 2024, at Flint Hill Care Center in Emporia, KS.

Heath was born February 5, 1982, at Burlington, KS, the son of Richard John and Debra Ann (Rabon) Hayes. He attended the Burlington schools and graduated from Burlington High School.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hayes, in 2013.

He leaves his mother, Debra Hayes, Hartford, KS; and two sisters, Shawnna Keith Haney (Jason), Emporia and Heather Baer (Michael), Louisburg, KS.

Cremation is planned. No services are scheduled at this time.
