Glen Eugene Sharp, 83, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021, at Windsor Place in Iola, Kansas, He was 83 years old.

Glen was born September 19, 1937, in Greenwood County, Kansas, the son of Streeter and Rhea (Albin) Sharp. He grew up in the Virgil area and spent his life in the area nearby.

In earlier years he worked as a mechanic and later purchased a dump truck and operated it.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ed Sharp.

He leaves his children, Richard Sharp (Tammy) of Ottawa, KS, Robert Sharp (Paula) of Auburn, KS, Shawn Sharp (Laura) of Burlington, KS, and Glenda Bunkofske in Texas.

Cremation is planned. Inurnment will be in Virgil Cemetery at Virgil, KS.
