Eustace St. Pierre "Bell" Bellinger, Jr., 92, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2023
at the Catholic Care Center in Bel Aire, Kansas.

He was born December 24, 1930, at Bessemer, Alabama, the son of Eustace Bellinger,
Sr. and Harriet Hutson Bellinger. The family lived in various places before coming back to
Alabama where Bell graduated from Bessemer High School. He graduated from V.M.I. with a
Bachelor's Degree in 1953. He trained as a Paratrooper in the U.S. Army but the Korean War
ended before he was deployed. He then went to work for Hercules Explosives and later Maynes
Explosives.

Bell and Joan Marie Williams were married in California and had three children,
Thomas, Valerie, and Shauna. They were married 21 years. In 1979 Bell and Patricia Ann Garrett
were married in Alabama. Pat preceded him in death on November 15, 1990.
Bell had lived in Cedar Rapids, IA, Overland Park, KS, Burlington, KS (where he lived
on the Garrett family farm), Gulf Shores, AL, Andover, KS, and the last few years at Bel Aire,
KS. Bell enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, dancing, and family gatherings.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Edith Murray.

He is survived by his children, Thomas Bellinger (Margie), Rochester, MN, Valerie
Hanson (Bill), Round Rock, TX, and Shauna Meier (Jonathan), Andover, KS with; 10
grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Ann Bellinger, North Charleston, SC. He is also
survived by Pat's children, Cassie Barrett (Kent) and Cindi Knapp, Morgan, UT with; 7
grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

A Rosary will be recited at 11:30 A.M. on January 23, 2023 followed by Mass of
Catholic Burial at Noon at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Burlington, KS. Burial will
follow at Stringtown Cemetery northeast of Burlington.
