Diana Lynn Isle passed away at her home on Sunday, July 7, 2024. She was 79 and had been married for 60 years to Jerry Isle. Jerry passed away in February 2024.  She is survived by her sister Cindy Cottrell, her daughters Lisa Barns (Jim), Pamela Black (Marty) and Kimberly Kientz (Steve); grandsons Joe Kientz (Adaira), Justin Black (Abbie), Jeremy Black, and Jordan Black; one great-grandson Sebastian Kientz; as well as many other family members and friends. Diana was preceded in death by her parents Bob and Ruth Stein.

Diana was a member of the Red Hat Ladies' society and enjoyed the social activities and the dressing up for meetings. She liked playing and attending Bingo.   She very much enjoyed the Waverly Senior Center and the individuals who attended the center and played cards with her.  She loved to play games with family and friends – her favorite past time was crafting anything and everything, and this hobby came very easy to her.

Diana was a stay @ home Mom raising her 3 daughters in Wichita KS and Murdock KS.  When Jerry and Diana moved to Waverly KS, Diana worked at Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Station performing word processing.  She left Wolf Creek and started another career for IBM in Topeka, KS.  She later retired and enjoyed doing all the things she liked best.

She loved a good cup of coffee, and she loved her family.

The family will plan a Graveside service for a later date.
