Daniel Floyd Noonan, 64, of Burlington, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at his home. Dan was born July 5, 1958, at Burlington, KS, the son of Floyd and Beverly (Fischer) Noonan. He graduated from Burlington High School in 1976. He served in the U.S. Navy and then returned to Burlington. He was a truck driver and construction worker and had lived in various places until recently returning to Burlington.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Duane Noonan in 1984 and David Noonan in 2019.

He leaves his daughter, Shanna Bailey, Kansas City, MO; his son, Joshua Noonan (Annie), Chanute, KS; three grandchildren, Tae Daniel Bailey, Luke McGowan Noonan, and Anna Kate Noonan; brothers and sisters, Julie Bull (Jim), Carol Bartlett (Ted), Dennis Noonan (Debbie),and  Karen Isbell (Lonnie), all of Burlington, Cathy Barrett (Jim), Emporia, KS,  and twins, Darrin Noon, Missouri and Darcie Noonan, Omaha, NE; a sister-in-law, Pam Noonan, Burlington; numerous nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.

A gathering to celebrate the life of Dan Noonan will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Jones Funeral Home at Burlington. Graveside services will follow at St. Teresa Cemetery at Westphalia, KS, at 2:30 P.M.
