Angela Michelle Morris, 47, of Topeka, KS passed away on April 19, 2023, at KU Med
Center after a long 4-year battle with cancer.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday, April 26th at Campbell
Funeral Home in Yates Center, KS.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Thursday, April 27th at the Yates Center
Methodist Church. Burial will follow at the Yates Center Cemetery.
Angie was born in Topeka, KS to Elaine and Dean Morris on April 4th , 1976. She
went to school in Yates Center and graduated from Baker University in Baldwin.
Angie resided in Topeka for the last 12 years where she worked as the Director of
Client Marketing for Advisors Excel. She was an avid K-State fan and loved
cheering on the Wildcats. Angie always had a big smile on her face and was the
life of the party. She enjoyed watching family members participate in sporting
events, and much of her time was spent raising her son, Greyson and supporting
him in his activities.
Angie is preceded in death by her father, Dean Morris and her aunt, Marcia
Kimbell.
Angie is survived by Wayne Cope; her son Greyson Cope; sister Heather Crough
(Joe) of Topeka; brother Justin Morris and mother Elaine Morris of Yates Center;
bonus children Zachary, Bayleigh and Emmerson Cope; nieces Adyson and
Kaitlyn Crough.
