Frank Travis Yoho, 33, LeRoy, Kansas, died Friday, April 26, 2013, near Anderson, South Carolina, from the results of a motorcycle accident.
Travis was born November 4, 1979, in Iola, the son of William Ray Yoho and Marsha Lou Storrer Yoho.
He grew up in LeRoy and Humboldt and graduated from LeRoy High School in 1998.
Following high school he became a millwright and was employed first at Mid-American Machine in LeRoy and then H F Machinery in Topeka, his current employer.
He was a member of Neosho Lodge #27, A.F. & A.M. in LeRoy.
He was married to Kallie Jewett on June 10, 2000, and they were later divorced.
Travis is survived by three children, William Trenton Yoho and Trinity Meridian Yoho of Gridley and Eliot James Ard of Iola; his mother and step-father, Marsha and Gary Frederick, Humboldt; his father and step-mother, Bill and Martha Yoho, LeRoy; two sisters, Amanda Yoho, Kansas City, and Kellee Frederick, Humboldt; a brother, Nick Yoho, Lawrence; grandparents, Don and Sondra Storrer, Eldorado, Denise Yoho, LeRoy, Bill and Jean Frederick, Humboldt, and Ron and Maxie Folks, Lexington, Oklahoma; many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M. Friday, May 3, 2013, at the 1st Christian Church in LeRoy. Burial will follow in Logue Cemetery east of LeRoy.
Visiation will be from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Jones Funeral Home in Burlington.
Memorial contributions may be made to the “Travis Yoho Children Education Fund” and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
